Pierson Pallet Retention System (PRS) - This family of products is a complete workholding solution designed to eliminate production bottlenecks by holding and moving parts in and out of the machine faster than any other workholding method. The fail-safe design is unlocked using compressed air and the locking action is spring powered with 2000 lbs of force.
PRS Pallets - Six pallet sizes range from 6"x12" to 10"x16" and locate on the PRS Base with .0002" repeatability due to precision ground bushings. 6061-T6 Aluminum assures easy machinability. The underside locking surfaces are hardened stainless steel. The tops of these standard pallets are blank and ready to customize.
