Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the receiving the original item and is intended to cover wrong items ordered. In order to return an item, contact Pierson Workholding to obtain an RMA number. A full credit will be issued, minus all shipping fees, when a replacement order has been placed and the original item has been received. Original item must be returned within 15 days of the RMA number being issued. Full credit may not be issued if the difference in price between the original item and the replacement item exceeds $500.00 USD. Under these conditions, a 5% processing fee of the value of the original item may be applied. A cancellation of an order prior to shipment is still subject to a 5% processing fee of the original amount if the value of the order is over $500.00 USD. Items are only eligible if they are unused. It is the sole discretion of Pierson Workholding to determine if an item is used or not. Used items are not eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer. Return shipping costs for all exchanges is the sole responsibility of the customer and are non refundable. Special and/or custom designed products are not eligible for exchange.
