MAX-4 Pallet System

MAX-4 Pallet System - Bring the productivity of high-density palletized workholding to your 4 and 5 axis machines. The MAX-4 (Multi-AXis) Pallet System allows for higher part densities per cycle which reduces tool changes, minimizes idle spindle time, and maximizes productivity. Palletized workholding eliminates bottlenecks by moving pallets of parts in and out of the machine faster than any other workholding method. The fail-safe design is unlocked using compressed air and the locking action is spring powered with over 25,000 lbs of retention force.

MAX-4 Pallets - Two pallet sizes of 2" x 5.9" and 6" x 5.9" locate on the MAX Base with .0002" repeatability due to the tapered, self-centering geometry. 6061-T6 Aluminum assures easy machinability. All locking surfaces are hardened stainless steel. The tops and sides of these standard pallets are blank and ready to customize. Custom sizes are available - contact us!
