Mini Pallet System

Pierson Mini Pallet System - The Mini Pallet System (MPS) is designed for smaller machines where less aggressive machining and tighter work envelopes are the norm. The system is still built with the same robust components found in our flagship Pro Pallet System but with a lower starting price and simplified design. The fail-safe design is unlocked using compressed air and the locking action is spring powered with 1,500 lbs of locking force and 7,500 lbs of retention force.

MPS Pallets - Two pallet sizes range from 6"x10" to 8"x14" and locate on the MPS Base with .0003" repeatability due to precision ground bushings. 6061-T6 Aluminum assures easy machinability. The underside locking surfaces are hardened stainless steel. The tops of these standard pallets are blank and ready to customize.
