We will gladly accept the return of products for exchange that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days for refund minus a 15% restocking fee. It is the sole discretion of Pierson Workholding to determine if an item has been used or not. Used items are not eligible for refund and will be returned to the customer. Shipping costs for all returns is the sole responsibility of the customer and are non refundable. Special and/or custom designed products are not eligible for return.
