Description
These oversized/extra thick Top Plates are an easy way to expand the surface of your vacuum chuck. Simply machine a grid pattern or custom gasket groove pattern to match the features of your part. Drill a through-hole into the pocketed areas on the bottom side of the plate to allow the vacuum to flow inside the perimeter of the gasket area on top. Select a Top Plate from the dropdown menu that matches your Vacuum Chuck Base. These Top Plates are custom manufactured and lead time is 2-4 days.
