Description

This solid carbide slotting endmill is used to cut slots for use with the 1/16" SmartVac 3 vacuum gasket. This special endmill also cuts a chamfer at the top of the groove. The smaller slot width puts just enough compression on the gasket to hold it snugly in place.

Dimensions:

Groove depth should be cut to .045" - .050" deep.

Shank diameter is .125".

Chamfer is 45 deg.

Slot width is .059".
